Quench is a hydration station brand designed for the San Jose State University campus, offering free drinking water alongside an option for students to purchase customizable flavored or sparkling water. This freestanding unit prioritizes sustainability, accessibility, and user convenience, featuring a motion-activated water dispenser for easy access and a custom station with a built-in touchscreen display for personalizing flavored water. Payment is seamlessly integrated through a QR code, allowing students to use university finances. Designed within a compact 10’x20’ footprint, the kiosk incorporates thoughtful spatial planning to ensure smooth traffic flow and ease of use. This project highlights my skills in creating functional and visually engaging physical spaces that address practical needs while promoting environmental responsibility.
